The Boss

Authoritarian, hyper-energetic, and being the epiphany of leadership: the Boss. His infamous mood-swings take him from being the feared, ruthless dictator to the compassionate and caring family man. He’s successful, and always right. With whatever he’s involved, he is capable of turning it into gold. With his bald head, rimless glasses and fiery eyes, his seniority supersedes him. He’s loved, feared or hated, but always looked up to.Â

That’s how I would describe the archetypal – if not somewhat caricatural – image of the corporate hot shot. And that’s how we have captured him.
